Altaf Sheikh, Founder
With more than eight years in India's garment industry, Altaf has personally visited over 2000 garment manufacturers across the country — the on-ground relationships that power KF Exports' production network today. He also documents India's manufacturing world for a global audience as the creator of Altaf Vlogs.
MOQs vary by product and factory, typically starting from 300–500 pieces per style/colour. We confirm the exact MOQ once we understand your product, fabric and construction.
Do you manufacture private-label garments?
Yes. We produce garments under your brand, with your labels, tags and packaging. Our name does not appear on your product.
Can you develop custom designs?
Yes. Share a tech pack, sketch or reference garment and we develop patterns, fabric and trims to match, then refine through sampling.
Can I order samples?
Yes. We coordinate proto and fit samples with the selected factory and manage revisions until you approve the sample for bulk. Sample cost and timeline: [to be confirmed per style].
What fabrics can you source?
Single jersey and knits in multiple GSMs, pique, interlock, fleece, French terry, denim, twill, ripstop and woven shirting, in cotton and blends. Tell us your target composition and we'll source to it.
What is your production lead time?
Lead time depends on product, quantity and fabric availability. Typical bulk production: [XX–XX days after sample approval — to be confirmed]. You receive a confirmed timeline with your quotation.
Do you handle international exports?
Yes. We coordinate export documentation, packing supervision and shipment booking with freight partners, covering sea and air freight to most global ports.
How does your quality-control process work?
We inspect at six checkpoints — fabric, stitching, measurements, finishing, final QC and packing — against your approved sample, and share inspection updates before shipment.
Can you produce custom packaging and labels?
Yes — woven and printed labels, hang tags, care labels, polybags and branded cartons can all be developed to your brand guidelines.
